This is a faux Strelitzia - the Bird of Paradise - in a tall stem arrangement, hand-assembled in the United States. The large, paddle-shaped leaves on long upright stalks are what give this botanical form its architectural character: broad, directional, and unmistakable at any scale. This composition presents the Strelitzia in its pure foliage form - stems and leaves without flower - which is the more considered, longer-lasting presentation and the one that suits a permanent composition.

The stems are hand-arranged and set in a porcelain vase with a distinctive wave-pattern surface, available in black or white. Because each vase is hand-glazed, the finish carries its own character - slight variation in tone and texture is expected and is part of what makes each piece specific.

Available in two heights. The 4 ft form is a substantial tabletop or low console piece — tall enough to read as a floor-adjacent accent without requiring floor placement.
